  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all extra tensioning tools, springs, and pamphlets are included.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement speedcube within 3-5 business days.
